MY Family
MyFamily is a recognized payment provider of the Growth Package in Flanders, focused on offering financial support to families, such as child benefits and start-up allowances for new parents. Their approach is personal and customer-oriented, with a focus on user-friendly online access to services.
Recently, they approached us with the desire to capture market share from competitors who use aggressive sales tactics. They want to expand their presence in a charming and helpful manner. To achieve this, we developed a strategic plan focused on visiting general practitioners (GPs) in Belgium.
Together, we trained a team of freelance salespeople to inform GPs about the opportunities MyFamily offers. We chose a soft, non-intrusive sales approach, kindly asking GPs to share information and flyers with their patients. This project also included detailed sales project management, including route planning and daily follow-up.
After one month, we successfully reached all the targeted GPs and managed to capture 1% of the Belgian market share for MyFamily. This result exceeded expectations, and the team is excited about the future. We hope to continue supporting MyFamily in expanding their activities.
